Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Equalizer Pro mobile application (the "App") operated by Pietro Di Gennaro for aKingi org ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the Application


The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App unless permitted by law.


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions


The App may offer optional premium features through paid subscriptions.

Two subscription plans may be available:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Yearly subscription


The price of each subscription is displayed in the App and on the Google Play purchase screen.

Billing


All payments are processed through Google Play Billing and charged to your Google account upon confirmation of purchase.

We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.

Automatic Renewal


Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Cancellation


You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription period expires.

Refunds


All payments and refunds are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policies.

We do not issue refunds directly.

3. Premium Features


Premium subscriptions unlock additional features within the App, which may include but are not limited to:

  • removal of advertisements
  • enhanced functionality
  • access to additional tools or settings


The specific premium features may change over time as the App evolves.

4. Advertisements


The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.

By using the free version of the App, you agree that such advertisements may be displayed.

Users who purchase a premium subscription may have advertisements removed as part of the premium features.

5. Intellectual Property


All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

  • software
  • design
  • graphics
  • icons
  • text
  • trademarks


are the property of Pietro Di Gennaro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties


The App is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the App will always be available or uninterrupted;
  • the App will be free of bugs or errors;
  • the App will meet all user expectations.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • loss of data
  • loss of profits
  • service interruptions
  • device malfunctions


8. Changes to the Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms or uses the App in a harmful or unlawful manner.

10. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
